Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Kishan Store reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspicious activity.

Return & Replacement Policy

Return or replacement requests must be raised within 5 days of product delivery.

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

Damaged product received

Broken or defective product received

Wrong product delivered

Missing item/accessory in the package

Mandatory Unboxing Video

A complete and uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for all return, replacement, refund, damage, defect, or missing item claims.

The video must start before opening the package and clearly show the shipping label and the product.

Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

Non-Refundable Cases

Change of mind after purchase.

Incorrect product selection by the customer.

Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

Return requests made after 5 days from delivery.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund request will be reviewed.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
