Return or replacement requests are accepted only within 5 days of delivery for damaged, defective, broken, wrong, or missing products.

A complete and uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for any return, replacement, refund, damage, or missing item claim. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds or replacements will be processed only after inspection and approval of the returned product.
